This course explores a range of tools, methods and interaction design principles relevant to a websites, web applications, forms, intranets and mobile web. You will gain an insight into human characteristics and online behaviour based on latest research and hundreds of usability tests with users, including video footage. You will learn the theory and principles of interaction design relevant to a range of interfaces as well as methods you can use to involve users and gain stakeholder buy-in. The course also provides the tools, methods and specific interface design considerations you need to take into account when designing mobile web interfaces.
