These listings are identified as editorially curated and have not been verified or endorsed by the listed entity. UXdesign.com does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of editorially curated listings.
(b) Claimed Listings. Listings that have been claimed and are managed by the listed entity through a registered account on the Service. Claimed listings are identified as such. The listed entity is solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of information in a claimed listing.
(c) Self-Submitted Listings. Listings created directly by the business or professional through account registration. The submitting entity is solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of all information in a self-submitted listing.
5. User-Generated Ratings and Reviews
Directory listings may include ratings and reviews submitted by registered users of the Service. User-generated ratings and reviews represent the subjective opinions of their authors and do not represent the views of UXdesign.com. UXdesign.com operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) with respect to user-generated ratings and reviews and is not the publisher or speaker of such content.
6. Corrections and Delisting Requests

By creating a UX Professional profile on UXdesign.com, you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. You additionally agree to the following supplemental terms.
1. Profile Accuracy
You warrant that all information in your profile—including your name, credentials, experience, skills, portfolio samples, availability, rate information, and qualifications—is truthful, current, and accurate. You agree to update your profile information promptly when it changes. Misrepresentation of credentials, fabricated portfolio work, or false claims of experience constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2. Portfolio and Work Samples
You warrant that all portfolio items, case studies, screenshots, and work samples included in your profile represent your own work product and accurately reflect your contribution. Where work was performed as part of a team, you agree to accurately represent your role. The inclusion of work samples for purposes of professional demonstration constitutes fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107. You are solely responsible for ensuring that portfolio content does not violate any non-disclosure agreement, client confidentiality obligation, or third-party intellectual property right.
3. Content License
By submitting profile content to the Service, you grant UXdesign.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your profile content in connection with the operation of the Service, as further described in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy. You retain ownership of your content.
4. Client Engagements
UXdesign.com is not a party to any client-provider relationship, contract, or engagement that results from your profile visibility. You are solely responsible for establishing clear project agreements, scope, timelines, fees, payment terms, and deliverables with any client. You are solely responsible for the quality of work you deliver and for any disputes with clients regarding scope, deliverables, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, or any other contractual matter.
5. No Financial Intermediation
UXdesign.com does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, facilitate financial transactions, or act as a financial intermediary between you and any client. All financial arrangements are solely between you and the client.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UXdesign.com, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: your interactions with clients; your professional conduct; your breach of client agreements; disputes over work quality or delivery; non-payment issues; intellectual property claims; or any other matter related to your client engagements.

From the date of claiming, you assume sole responsibility for the accuracy and currency of all information in the profile. You agree to review the existing profile information and update any inaccuracies promptly. UXdesign.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies in profile information that existed prior to your claim or that you fail to correct after claiming.
4. Profile Accuracy
Following your claim, you warrant that all information in your profile—including your name, credentials, experience, skills, portfolio samples, availability, rate information, and qualifications—is or will be made truthful, current, and accurate. You agree to update your profile information promptly when it changes. Misrepresentation of credentials, fabricated portfolio work, or false claims of experience constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Portfolio and Work Samples
You warrant that all portfolio items, case studies, screenshots, and work samples included in your profile represent your own work product and accurately reflect your contribution. Where work was performed as part of a team, you agree to accurately represent your role.
