Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. (portfolio review is mandatory in the interview process)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, v0.dev, bolt.new, etc. – Figma preferred).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining UI consistency.
- Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies to enhance design efficiency.
- Experience working in Agile development processes.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience developing AI-focused features for digital products.
