Minimum 8+ years experience in UI/UX engineering or UI/UX development.
Strong front-end and prototyping experience.
Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted workflows (preferably Azure OpenAI). Experience building internal tools, plugins, or rapid prototypes rather than only production apps.
Collaborated with designers and researchers.
