About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered experiences for AI-powered products. You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and data—turning complex AI systems into products people actually enjoy using.
This role is ideal for a designer who’s curious about emerging technologies, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about designing responsibly with AI.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven products, from concept to launch
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive interfaces and workflows
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data/ML teams
- Prototype, test, and iterate on ideas using user research and experimentation
- Define UX patterns for AI interactions (e.g., explainability, confidence, feedback loops)
- Advocate for ethical, accessible, and inclusive AI design practices
- Contribute to and evolve the product design system
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design decisions
- Experience designing complex or data-rich products (AI/ML experience is a plus, not a must)
- Comfort working with uncertainty and rapidly evolving requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI, ML, or automation-based features
- Familiarity with concepts like model confidence, bias, explainability, or human-in-the-loop systems
- Experience running user research or usability testing
- Background in service design, systems thinking, or behavioral design
