User Experience Designer (Contract)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior User Experience Designer with a strong background in advanced prototyping, interaction design, and creative technology. This role focuses on bringing ideas to life through high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and partnering closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver end-to-end interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences (primarily iOS)
- Create high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate motion, interaction depth, and user flows
- Support future-state experience visioning, storytelling, and UX research through prototyping
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to test ideas and align on direction
- Participate in design sprints, critiques, and working sessions with rapid iteration cycles
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Prototyper, Creative Technologist, or UX Engineer
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app prototypes, interaction design, and motion
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or similar
- Experience building functional prototypes using modern web technologies
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with early-stage concept exploration and UX storytelling
- Advanced Figma capabilities (APIs, plugins, or design system extensions)
- Experience designing complex motion systems or micro-interactions
