- Own end-to-end design for the Sports vertical within Prediction Markets — from early concept through launch — taking full accountability for the quality and impact of every experience you ship
- Design sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events tied to the biggest moments in sports, translating complex financial mechanics into experiences that feel intuitive and exciting for fans
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define the right problems and drive high-priority initiatives from idea to production
- Turn ambiguous, first-of-its-kind challenges into clear, elegant product experiences — bringing structure to spaces where the playbook doesn’t exist yet
- Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders thoughtfully, iterating quickly without losing quality or vision- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into your design workflow
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome
- The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions
- Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products — you’re comfortable with zero-to-one and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path
- A genuine love for sports — whether you track stats, follow teams, or just live for the energy of game day. No formal sports design experience required; an appreciation for the fan experience is what matters
